If an original painting is not as you expected, you have 14 days to contact me by email at hello@filipinapate.com and request a refund.
Once I have agreed to accept the return, you are responsible for packing and shipping the painting back to me using the same service it was sent to you. When the painting has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.
SHIPPING INFO

Once you submit your order, your order will be packed and shipped within 5-7 business days. A tracking code will be emailed to the email address you provide once the painting has been shipped.
