In "Winter Floral 2", I experimented with my mark-making, adding acrylic molding paste to the acrylic  paint to create a thick, frosting-like texture, and applying the thicker paint with a palette knife. After an initial rush of frustration, I learned to embrace the inability to make small detailed strokes. I leaned into applying the paint generously and boldly to capture the feeling of a bright and cheerful wintery display.
